The page is to inform you on an unbiased level about the business, and not a person's experiences with it, whether it be positive or negative.
This would allow readers to follow the links and pass their own judgement, instead of relying on the judgement of a person who could have (and it is evident in the edits of this page) an overly positive or overly negative image of the business.
